Returns
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because it is food, we cannot take back opened bags. If something is wrong with what is inside one, tell us and we will make it right.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email a photo to hello@tryflavapack.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
How to start a return
- Email hello@tryflavapack.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
- If we made the mistake, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault.
